We had such a great experience with Anchor Point Roofing. From start to finish, Alex made the entire process feel easy and stress free. He was always quick to respond, clear in his communication, and incredibly professional. I really appreciated how knowledgeable he was. I trusted him to make decisions on details like fascia size and a few style recommendations, and I am so glad I did because the final result looks amazing.

We re roofed our house, garage, and a 900 square foot outdoor patio, and everything turned out top notch. Alex handled all of the permit appointments and had great communication very step of the way.

What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared. He went above and beyond by hauling away some extra construction debris we had from another project and even fixed our gate out of the kindness of his heart. He also suggested adding extra vents, which we truly appreciated. When I was feeling indecisive about roofing options, he came back out with samples and walked me through everything patiently.

It is rare to find this level of customer service and integrity. I would absolutely recommend Anchor Point Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and a company you can truly trust.

Anchor Point Roofing just completed redoing the roof for our house and garage. They did an excellent job. From the beginning of the project to the very end, they always keep us informed so there were no surprises. They started and completed the project on time. They're knowledgeable about city permits and worked with the city inspectors so that we didn't have any issues. They also did a couple minor repairs that was outside of the project scope because they wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this company.

I wholeheartedly give Anchor Point Roofing a 5-star rating. The Anchor Point crew removed my decrepit and leaky corrugated aluminum back patio roof and replaced it with a plywood base, covered with a polyglass base sheet, and topped with a layer of heat-welded torch down.

The crew furthermore replaced the shingles on the adjoining section of my house roof making sure that the new shingles closely matched the ones on the rest of the house. The team lined these new shingles with two layers of asphalt saturated underlayment. They also installed the necessary flashing in various critical areas to prevent any future rain seepage and leakage.

I asked them to survey the rest of my roof for potential problems which I suspected. They indeed found some areas of concern which were quickly and expertly repaired.

Now I no longer dread wind and rain storms and love the new look of my beautiful patio roof. The team even applied extra layers of paint to the primed plywood, giving it quite a finished look.

Anchor Point roofers are organized, dependable, hard-working and knowledgeable professionals. They left the patio and driveway in pristine condition, another plus.

It is quite clear that the team loves their work and cares about their clients. Another plus is that their fees are very reasonable. I recommend Anchor Point to you without any hesitation.

A neighbor recommended this company to me and I could not have had a better experience with anyone else. The representative I worked with, was very thorough in documenting everything and kept me well-informed throughout the process. They were diligent and finished the job within the agreed time-frame. Should I need any roofing work in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Anchor Point Roofing again.
